PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SITE. BY USING THE SITE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE THEN DOOLEYS DOES NOT GRANT YOU THE RIGHT TO USE THE SITE AND YOU MUST NOT USE THIS SITE.

DOOLEYS may vary these terms at any time. Any variations become effective on posting. By continuing to use the site after the terms have been varied, you agree to be bound by the variations.

You may use the Site and the information contained within it for your own personal and non-commercial reference only. Online Sales
Where you make a purchase through this Site, you are bound by the DOOLEYS Club Online Terms of Sale in relation to that purchase.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law our aggregate liability to you, whether for breach of these terms or in negligence or in any other tort or for any other common law or statutory cause of action arising in relation to these terms, the site or the content available through the site is limited to A$100. To the extent permitted by law we will not be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential or indirect damages, loss or corruption of data, loss of profits, goodwill, bargain or opportunity or loss of anticipated savings resulting from your access to, or use of, or inability to use the Site and its content, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, statute or any other legal theory, and whether or not we know of the possibility of such damage. If a jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability in accordance with the foregoing, but allows a limitation of a certain maximum extent, then our liability is limited to that extent.

General Provisions
If any part of this agreement is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable part must be given effect to the greatest extent possible and the remainder will remain in full force and effect. This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Site. By using the DOOLEYS online Site, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you choose not to be bound by the terms and conditions, DOOLEYS does not grant you the right to use the Site and you must not use this Site.

Delivery
Membership cards can be collected from the club. An ID is required for validation and you will be required to have your photo taken

Refund Policy
No refund or exchange on any purchase except as required by law and as otherwise specified by the seller. If a refund is made, DOOLEYS may, to the extent permitted by law, retain any fee it has charged.

General Terms and Conditions
 The following conditions are for the sale of all online goods and services:
  1. Lost membership cards for Platinum and Gold members can be replaced at no cost, for other members a replacement fee of $2.20 inc. GST.
  2. The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the venue’s terms of admission, copies of which are available from DOOLEYS.
  3. GST will apply to all goods and services supplied through this Site. Prices in this Site  include GST where applicable.
Membership Agreement
I apply to be accepted as a Member of DOOLEYS Lidcombe Catholic Club Limited. If elected to Membership I request entry of my name in the Register of Members and agree to be bound by the Club’s Constitution.

I understand that Compulsory Notices (i.e. AGM, Disciplinary and Election Notices) must be provided to all Members by email, SMS or post. DOOLEYS Privacy Policy is available at www.dooleys.com.

I consent to receiving marketing materials from DOOLEYS Lidcombe Catholic Club, including but not limited to promotions, entertainment, food and beverage and the DOOLEYS Rewards Program. At any time, I will be able to opt out of marketing communications.
